Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only, from UK stock, with tracked delivery.

How long does UK delivery take?

Orders usually dispatch within 1 to 3 working days and arrive 2 to 5 working days later. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Are your crystals real?

Yes. Our crystals and gemstones are natural, so every piece varies slightly in size, colour and markings. Where a stone is dyed, reconstituted or man-made, we say so in the description.

Do your Himalayan salt lamps have UK plugs?

Yes, all mains-powered salt lamps come with a UK plug and cable. Keep them in a dry room and switch them on regularly to avoid moisture.

Is incense safe to burn indoors?

Burn incense on a heat-proof holder in a ventilated room, away from children, pets and anything flammable, and never leave it unattended.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. Prices are not printed on the delivery note.

Do crystals have healing powers?

Many people use crystals for mindfulness, meditation and intention setting. Our crystals are sold as decorative and spiritual items and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
