Shipping Policy

NooEdge delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We cannot currently ship outside the UK.

Delivery cost and times

• UK Tracked Delivery: £3.99 per order.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During our busiest period (October–December) please allow 3–4 working days for dispatch.
• Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to courier issues, severe weather or peak seasonal demand.

Remote areas

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take longer.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details when your order leaves the warehouse.

Multiple parcels

Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost.

Christmas orders

To give your gifts the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order early. We will publish last recommended order dates on our website in December.

Problems with delivery
