Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed on nooedge.co.uk. NooEdge is a trading name of George Forward, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (address: 3 Saddlers Place, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN39 4GQ, United Kingdom, email: info@nooedge.co.uk). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

We sell to consumers aged 18 or over with a UK delivery address. We do not deliver outside the UK.

2. Our contract with you

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error), we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). NooEdge is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is £3.99 per order and is shown at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Products

Natural products such as crystals, gemstones and salt lamps vary in size, colour and markings, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Our products are decorative and wellbeing items; we make no medical claims and they are not a substitute for medical advice.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. We will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel and receive a full refund for items not yet delivered.

9. Privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints and law

If you have a problem, email info@nooedge.co.uk and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
