Shipping & Returns

Everything at NooEdge ships from UK stock. Here's the honest version of how delivery and returns work.

Delivery

UK delivery: £3.99 flat rate per order.
Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During our busiest period (October–December) please allow 3–4 working days.
Delivery time: sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving 2–5 working days after dispatch. Heavier parcels may travel by tracked courier.
You'll get tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Courier deliveries can't go to PO Box addresses, so please give a street address.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Let us know within 14 days of delivery via our contact page or at info@nooedge.co.uk, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
You pay the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund parcels that don't reach us.
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened cosmetics, essential oils, incense or earrings unless they are faulty.
We'll email you the returns address once you've told us you want to return something. Please don't send items back before then.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Please tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once we've checked it, we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including your delivery charge where the whole order was affected. Often you won't need to send anything back.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act are not affected.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll chase it with the carrier.
